ATP technology

The luminometer operates based on measuring bioluminescence. When the ATP in the cells reacts with the luciferase enzyme in the test, small amounts of light are generated, which are detected by the device. The result is a relative light unit (RLU), which is compared to the limit values ​​set for the target.
