Aerospray® Pro Hematology is an automated slide staining system that combines efficient staining with an optional cytocentrifuge in a single platform. Designed for hematology laboratories, it provides fast, reliable, and standardized staining of blood smears and other body fluid specimens. The system accommodates up to 30 microscope slides per run and processes up to approximately 540 slides per hour.
The patented Aerospray® technology dispenses fresh stain onto each individual slide, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination while ensuring consistent and reproducible staining quality. The system supports multiple staining protocols, including Rapid Wright, Wright-Giemsa, and May-Grünwald Giemsa (MGG), as well as user-defined programs.
Automatic nozzle cleaning after each run reduces maintenance requirements and enhances system reliability. Programmable settings allow laboratories to optimize staining protocols according to their specific workflow and application requirements.
The optional cytocentrifuge significantly increases cell concentration, facilitating morphological evaluation even in low-cellularity specimens. Aerospray® Pro is suitable for processing a wide range of sample types, including blood, bone marrow, urine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), synovial fluid, and other body fluids.
